ok, topspeed 135 on leonardo speedo.

all origional parts only carb and airfilter aren`t.

carb has 112 mainjet 45 pilotjet and 45 powerjet.

airfilter is K&N RC-1250.

anyone have manual for aprilia leonardo 150 before 1998?
i have a pdf of after 1998 but the waterpump section is differant.

i have trouble with oil leeking in this section again after 400 km,i have my doubt if it is correct installed.

i think i had the sprocket turned the wrong way,in this case the complete axel could move.

any one has a photo of complete assembly of waterpump axel.

not anybody who has a manual of LEO 1 ??

i think i want to use loctite 480 to glue the oil seals anyone agree?

is the manual you have a digital one ?(PDF) or a paper book?

if possible send the whole pdf by email or just the page with the coolingwater and pump instalation,i prefer the whole PDF.
if it is a paperbook plz tell me the ISBN number inthis case i can order it.

Why do you want to glue the seals into their place. I think that's not necessary, because between the seals should be placed a ring which prevent that the seals are moving. The second point is, that the seals should sit very strong in there final destination. Both points should prevent that the seals will start to turn around.

I wouldn't glue the seals into their destination. You don't know which affects this could have.

i want to glue them because they moved from there place even wth special ring between them.
all this within 400-500 km.
i want to know for sure this don``t happen again.

i don``t think i installed them wrong,perhaps wolfgang his manual can help me out....
