I've now fitted the exhaust. It looks good and seems to be in a very good quality.
It fitted by the use of an adapter plate. It bolts to the scooter by 4 bolts like the original exhaust and then with 3 bolts to the exhaust.
One can choose to ride it legally or repace the "pipe" with a cover. I choose to just use the cover and the sound is deep and not too loud.
